Immediately people responded as did the clean up companies. As the owners sought remedies to fix this home thought was given to the modernization of the spaces involved as well as expansion of the great room areas. When we arrived we introduced very unique solutions and actually some promising ideas that had not been explored.
The result was we were then contracted to do the process of Beautifying this wonderful property. As we began working on the Home a Hail Storm passed through and did some damage. The net result was new siding and a roof replacement. With the removal of the roof, the decision was made to place Dormers over the Garage.
Hence the Home took on a completely different look. The challenge to the then nostalgic neighborhood began a sweeping change that affected many Homes around this one. Today we are close friends with these owners and have been asked to do other improvements to their home and property. Overview:
A really interesting thing occurred that prompted the addition and rebuild of the Kitchen and the living areas of this home. When the city jetted the sanitary sewer one day up the street from this home the waste water was forced back into this house causing an alarming geyser-like phenomenon in the toilets and sinks with water accompanying the painful mess.
